There are no direct trains to Crimea, because there is no direct railway route. They promise to complete the Crimean railway bridge in 2022, then the route will become much faster and easier.

A route with a bus transfer is available: “Moscow - Anapa - Sevastopol” or “Moscow - Krasnodar - Sevastopol”. A “single ticket” is purchased from Russian Railways for the entire route ; you cannot buy a train ticket and a bus ticket separately.

In 2022, the route operates from April 30 to September 30. Tickets must be purchased no earlier than 90 days before the train departs.
