Another advantage is its developed infrastructure : there are changing rooms, showers, toilets, as well as water attractions (banana ride, catamaran rental). There are canteens and cafes nearby.
Located at: st. Mira, 14 (it's a ten-minute walk from the central beach). The camp can be reached by taxi or car, and parking is available on site.
Unique location
The village of Kabardinka is located in Tsemes Bay, which got its name because of the Tsemes River flowing into it. This bay is located in the northern part of the Black Sea coast.
Its length is 15 kilometers, its width at the entrance is 9 km, while in the central part it is only 4.6 km. This bay is protected from bad weather on one side (southeast) by Cape Doob, which extends into the sea for a considerable distance, and on the other, northeast, by the spurs of the Markot ridge. Thanks to this protection, the climate of Tsemes Bay and Kabardinka in particular differs from the climate of the rest of the Caucasian coast of the Black Sea. It is drier and more reminiscent of Crimea and its southern coast.
Beach of the Victoria boarding house
The most popular place in Kabardinka. What makes it so, in addition to its good location, is the order maintained by the staff of the boarding house. The beach is open to everyone. The shore is covered with small pebbles, equipped with toilets, showers, sun loungers, and outdoor cafes.
For lovers of active recreation, there is a catamaran, a jet ski, and a banana boat. Lovers of snorkeling will also find something to do here - crabs and fish live at the bottom of the breakwaters.
You can get to the place by personal or public transport from Novorossiysk or Gelendzhik. The nearest stop is “2nd department” , Sukhumskoe highway.
Embankment in Kabardinka
The length of the Kabardinka embankment is about 1.5 kilometers. It is designed like a promenade in Gelendzhik and is decorated with sculptures, fountains and flower beds. The embankment includes a walking path made of white and red stone and white fences. Walking along it, tourists can see the picturesque surroundings of Novorossiysk, located on the other side of the bay.
Kabardinka embankment - sea view
During the tourist season there are always a large number of people on the Kabardinka embankment. There are many cozy cafes and souvenir shops on it. The main attraction of the embankment is a 12-meter replica of the Eiffel Tower. It is painted white to match the fences.
The Ferris wheel is considered a favorite children's entertainment on the embankment of the village of Kabardinka. The height of the structure is 15 m. The cabins offer incredible views of the surrounding area. A ticket to visit the Ferris wheel costs 250 rubles. For evening walks along the Kabardinka embankment there are benches and drinking fountains.
Public beach located between the beaches of the boarding house "Kabardinka" and the camp "Znamya"
This is a pebble beach with a fairly short coastline ( about 80 m ), and entry is free. There is a gentle slope to the water, there is no sudden increase in depth and stones in the sea, so the place is perfect for families with children.
The sea here attracts vacationers with clear water, not counting a small amount of algae. On the shore there are showers, toilets, places for changing clothes, but this is where the arrangement ends - there are no sun loungers, canopies, cafes, shops, water attractions and entertainment on the shore.
Located at: st. Green, 2 (when searching, it is better to focus on the Kabardinka boarding house).
What a sea in Kabardinka
Kabardinka tops the list of the most popular resorts on the Black Sea coast. It is located in a picturesque bay, not far from Gelendzhik. The main distinguishing feature of the resort is its pleasing landscapes. The water in the sea is deep blue. This creates a special holiday mood.
Kabardinka - sea
Many tourists are interested in whether the sea blooms in Kabardinka in July. There are no suitable conditions for algae in the coastal area of the resort. For this reason, sea blooms are not typical for Kabardinka.
The sea in Kabardinka is warm and clean throughout the tourist season. It is perfect for holidays with children. The water temperature varies from 22°C to 26°C. The highest temperatures are observed in July and August.
The resort is protected from cold winds by a series of mountain ranges. They surround Kabardinka on three sides. The developed beaches have concrete breakwaters that ensure safety for tourists.
Beach of the boarding house "Kirovets"
Entrance is paid for visitors, not counting Kirovets vacationers. On the shore there are cafes, sun loungers, retail outlets, massage tents, changing rooms, toilets, showers, lifeguard stations, water activities (catamaran, water slide, hydromassage).
Vacationers cite litter on the shore and inconvenient descent to the water as disadvantages (not the best option for families with children).
Located at: st. Kornitsky, 15 . From the bus station you can get there along the street. Mira, moving straight to the intersection, then turn left (along Proletarskaya street), then you need to go along the street. The advice is to move right to the boarding house territory.
Health complex "Lazurny"
A small eighty-meter beach belonging to the health complex will welcome you warmly. The standard set of tourist amenities is also present here: an awning, sun loungers, showers, a cafe, and a rescue station. Mostly guests of the complex relax on the beach; for ordinary tourists, the path here runs only along the coast. Don't expect anything grand from this place. This beach is worth a visit, but only for the variety of your holiday, nothing more. You should choose a permanent swimming place in the other direction.
Beach of the Lastochka sanatorium
The entrance is free. The shore is pebble, flat, its length is about 300 m , and therefore it is spacious here even with a large number of vacationers. It is the space and convenient descent to the water that attract tourists here.
However, Lastochka Beach is not the most comfortable . There are places for changing clothes and toilets, but their condition leaves much to be desired, but there are no buoys, lifeguards or medical care here. There are cafes, retail outlets and attractions nearby, but they do not belong to either the sanatorium or the beach.
Located at: st. Revolutionary aya , 73 . To get to it from the center of the village, you need to move along Revolutionary Street, then turn left and then straight ahead to the territory of the sanatorium.
Attractive for children
Not only ecotourism lovers come here. Here in most cases, and the tourist season lasts in Kabardinka from April to November, the weather is mild and dry. The sea here gradually deepens, which makes it safe for children and warm - this is what makes Kabardinka attractive for family holidays. The sandy beach where children love to play is absent here. However, the small pebbles, which are so pleasant to walk and run on, and the gradually deepening sea make this seaside village increasingly popular. Stretching for 5 kilometers, 20 beaches, most of which are free, are also attractive for Kabardinka. Sea, beach, mountains, forest, healing air - few things can compare with this!
Wild beach near the monument to the Sailors of the Revolution
The shore is pebbly, not very smooth, but if you wish, you can find a site for a tent. The water in this place is crystal clear .
This place is also popular among adherents of nudist recreation . There are not many tourists here, especially when compared with the central part of the village, so in search of unity with nature you can safely go here.
It is located near Novorossiysk, in the area of the monument to the Sailors of the Revolution . The mountain serpentine, which ends at the observation deck, continues with many well-trodden paths that lead to the water.
Wild nature next to a modern city
There are many forests here that contribute to the creation of wonderful air; the Sheskharis complex covers an area of 994 hectares. The entire southern slope of the Markotkh ridge, which belongs to this complex, is occupied by juniper thickets of 3 species, all of them are listed in the Red Book, as they are representatives of relict flora. The wild beaches of Kabardinka are also known far beyond the borders of this village. They are located, as noted above, on the very outskirts of the coastline belonging to Kabardinka. The first wild beach, as already noted, is located at the monument to sailors. The border between Novorossiysk and Gelendzhik also passes here. Of course, lovers of wild and quiet holidays come here. It is attractive because just a few minutes drive from a major city you can find a corner of truly pristine nature. The path to it from the M-4 Don federal highway is well-trodden, and you can easily find it. It should be noted that the pebbles here are large and entry into the sea is difficult due to the stones, some of which are sharp. But the surrounding nature and the sea of amazing beauty with clean, clear water make up for all the shortcomings.
Beach "Rybatsky"
This is a place for a semi-wild holiday - there is no infrastructure here (not even toilets and changing places), but there are catamaran rentals.
The beach is pebble, the sea is clean, and there are usually few vacationers, so it is perfect for a relaxing holiday. The area is not maintained by anyone, so it is impossible to predict cleanliness in advance.
Located at: st. Revolutionary, 115 (from the bus station you can walk on foot in half an hour along Revolutionary Street).
Relict thickets
The beaches of Kabardinka and its surroundings attract vacationers due to the climate, cleanliness of the sea and well-groomed coastline. Located just 13 kilometers from Gelendzhik, Kabardinka, in contrast, is a climatic resort.
Mountains with relict trees covering the slopes, a juniper reserve located not so far away, make the air here special, fragrant and healing. Saturated with iodine and plant flavonoids, it is incredibly useful. Therefore, there are many specialized sanatoriums for people with weak bronchi and lungs.
Beach of the children's camp "Sputnik"
A very unusual place. In Soviet times, the shore was fortified for safety reasons, so now it is two-level: on the upper level there is an observation deck, and on the lower level there is a place for sunbathing.
You can only go down to the water by stairs ; there is no place to rest right next to the water. The infrastructure here is not developed; there are not only cafes and entertainment, but also minimal conditions (toilets and changing rooms).
Located just below the camp itself ( 130 Revolyutsionnaya St. )
Five kilometers of pebbles of different sizes
Absolutely the entire 5 km long coastline is covered with small, medium and large pebbles. The beaches of Kabardinka stretch specifically from the monument to revolutionary sailors, which stands near Cape Penai, and to Cape Doob.
As you approach the center, wild beaches give way to more and more comfortable ones. And the central piece of coastline is so densely covered with the bodies of vacationers that you can’t see the ground. The beaches of Kabardinka are all pebbly, sand and pebble inclusions are rare. There are no sandy beaches on this stretch of the Black Sea coast. It is quiet, calm and clean here - even the wild beaches are not polluted. With their pristine beauty they attract not only visitors, but also local residents who are able to appreciate this or that piece of the coast.
Old park on the embankment
The Old Park has thematic areas:
- Antique. Dedicated to Ancient Greece.
- Egyptian. Pyramids and sphinxes have been recreated here.
- Soviet. Equipped with exhibits from the Soviet era.
Exotic plants grow throughout the park; there is a medieval castle and a museum in the likeness of the Taj Mahal, and a unique carpet made of golden threads.
Not long ago, zones dedicated to the peoples of the Caucasus, the history of Orthodoxy and the countries of the East were created in the historical park.
