Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary

The predecessor of the modern church was a dilapidated building dating from the mid-19th century. During the Soviet years, the old temple was closed and left in disrepair, which is why the building quickly fell into disrepair. Barracks
The modest-looking military barracks building has a rather peculiar history. This stone building was built in 1904 as a parochial school. After the revolution, the institution was transformed into an ordinary educational institution, and during the Great Patriotic War it housed a military hospital.
At the end of the war, the building was again occupied by a school, which operated until 1986. After a new educational institution was built in the village, military barracks were set up in the ancient building, which they still own today. The area of the fenced area is 2.5 by 5 meters. According to scientists, this place was used for funeral ceremonies or communication with the spirits of the dead.
In the courtyard of the building, ancient drawings made by primitive man were scraped out on slabs.
Museum of Forest Follies

The museum was founded by a woodcarver, Anton Mikhailovich Gzhelak, who left a rich collection of exhibits.

In total, the collection includes about 1.5 thousand exhibits, differing in shape and size: birds, animals, plants, human figures and fantastic creatures.
The main feature of the works is that the author preserved the shape of driftwood and tree roots, making only minor adjustments.
Lighthouse

Here you can see a waterfall cascading down like a tent canopy. Another stream bends like a Greek nose with a hump. The largest waterfall falls from a height of 18 meters. The turbulent stream it forms runs along low rapids, breaking into smaller waterfalls.
You can get to Colonel Falls by car, but it is better to travel on foot along a forest path, so tourists can fully experience the spirit of nature and enjoy its beauty.
Mount Hedgehog

Mount Hedgehog is located on the coast. It got its name due to its funny shape, reminiscent of the back of a hedgehog. The tall trees look like thorns, and the rocky cape extending into the sea looks like the sharp-nosed muzzle of an animal.
Strictly speaking, this is not a mountain, but a hill 250 m high. At its foot there is a sandy bay, and sanatoriums are based on the slope. A hiking trail leads to the top of the hill. Climbing Yozhik, tourists will see a stunning panorama of the resort and the blue expanses of the sea.
Dzhubga River

The Dzhubga River gave the resort its name. It is not known exactly from which Adyghe expression the name “Dzhubga” came. Some believe that its source is the word “zhybgye” (wind), others are inclined to the word “zheg’up” (flat place). One way or another, both translations correspond to the description of the river: it flows on a plain exposed to strong winds.
The Dzhubga River is famous for its picturesque views. To fully appreciate its beauty, you should rent a rowing boat and take a quiet walk along the shores, surrounded by forest greenery. This is a good place for fishing and outdoor recreation.
Natural monument “Giant Oak”

On the right bank of the Dzhubga River, a great oak tree, whose age exceeds five centuries, spreads its crowns. Its height reaches 25 meters, and its trunk diameter is almost two meters. Despite its advanced age, the oak is in excellent condition.
The tree branches into two parts, its trunk is covered with a layer of green moss. Around the Giant Oak, young trees rustle with leaves, which seem small and skinny against its background. By plane
You can get to rest in Inal Bay and Blue Bay at sea by air. There are two options - fly to Gelendzhik or Krasnodar.
From Gelendzhik to Inal Bay it is closer, but air travel is much more expensive. You can get from Gelendzhik by taxi, the distance will be 70 km for a price of about 1700-2000 rubles. By bus you need to take a ticket to Dzhubga and get off at Bzhid station. There is no bus station, so the driver stops at the request of passengers. From Bzhida to Inal Bay it is 5 km, you can only get there by hitchhiking, and local residents can also provide a taxi service for 100-150 rubles.
From Krasnodar by taxi the fare will be 2000-2500 rubles. By bus from Krasnodar you need to get to Arkhipo-Osipovka and get off in the village of Bzhid, then by car. Railway tickets

The highest and most famous waterfall is “Lace” (height - 17 meters), it is easily accessible, access to others is difficult. So, it’s difficult to get to the “Devil’s Mouth” waterfall; the path is very narrow.
Slippery paths lead to the Grotto waterfall. V. Vysotsky loved to visit it and enjoy the views.
Natural reservoirs formed by falling water masses are distinguished by clean, transparent water, so they attract tourists for swimming. On the territory of the complex there are two “wishing trees”, by tying a ribbon on which you can make a wish.
Silver Falls

The waterfall consists of cascades, which can be walked through using a specially equipped staircase.
The first waterfall forms the “Bowl of Love”, 1.5 meters deep. Nearby is the tourist complex “Silver”, where there is a cafe, a petting zoo, wishing trees and tasting areas for alcoholic beverages and different types of honey.
Colonel Falls

The waterfalls got their name thanks to Colonel P. Babich, who led his detachment through this area, after which he founded a farm here.
The complex consists of 9 waterfalls, the largest is 18 meters high. A walk along the waterfalls is a good alternative to the usual sea holiday; the length of the tourist route is 10 km.
Getting to some waterfalls is very difficult because of narrow paths, rocks, gorges, and there are caves along the way.
Inal Bay

Guam Gorge

The gorge is located in the Western Caucasus, in the upper reaches of the Kurdzhips River. The height of the rocks reaches 400 meters.
The name comes from the village of Guamka. Tourists are attracted by a walking tour, as well as the opportunity to go rock climbing in the mountains and breathe in the cleanest air.
There is a road in the gorge for the movement of pleasure trains and two motorized railcars. Excursions are organized here to introduce visitors to vegetation, mountains, ponds, grottoes and caves. Those interested can go rafting or canoeing.
At the entrance to the gorge there is a parking lot, cafes and souvenir shops.
