The city of Pushkino, Moscow region, is located 14 km from the Moscow Ring Road and 30 km from the metropolis between the Serebryanka and Ucha rivers. Some will think that it is named after the famous Russian poet, but this opinion is wrong. There are several versions of how Pushkino got such a “name”. The first - at the end of the 14th century, the area where Pushkino is now located belonged to G.A. Morkhinin, who bore the nickname “Cannon”. This is the ancestor of everyone’s favorite poet, Pushkin. In the 21st century, a monument was erected to Grigory Pushka in front of the entrance to the town near Moscow.
In the printed edition of V.I. Golenin in 1499, there was the first mention of the small village of Pushkino, Moscow region. It was located next to the road leading to Vologda, Yaroslavl and Pereyaslavl - large trading points of Great Rus'. Under the USSR in 1925, the village became a city and the center of the Pushkin urban district of the Moscow region.
Ecological situation and climate
In terms of ecology, the Pushkinsky district is quite prosperous. But the area located near roads, industrial enterprises that emit harmful substances into the atmosphere and rivers is polluted.
Forests and park areas improve the health of the air and water. Soil pollution is satisfactory. The water in Pushkino is clean in comparison with other cities in the Moscow region. The exception is the Vorya River, near which dacha construction is underway. Radiation contamination is normal.
The city in the Moscow region has a temperate continental climate. Summer is short and quite warm. Winter is long and cold. The temperature in July is +19-20 degrees. The coldest month is February -7 degrees. The average annual precipitation is 720-725 mm.

On May 6, 2022, the Pushkinsky municipal district was abolished, and all urban and rural settlements included in it (urban settlements Ashukino, Zelenogradsky, Lesnoy, Pravdinsky, Pushkino, Sofrino, Cherkizovo, rural settlements Eldiginskoye, Tarasovskoye, Tsarevskoye) were combined into a new single municipal entity — Pushkinsky urban district. The administrative center is the city of regional subordination of the Moscow region Pushkino[7].
On July 23, 2022, the Pushkinsky district as an administrative-territorial unit of the region was abolished, and in its place a new administrative-territorial unit was formed - the city of regional subordination of Pushkino with an administrative territory[8].
On November 19, 2022, a law was adopted on the unification of three urban districts: Pushkinsky, Krasnoarmeysk and Ivanteevka[9][10][11][12]. On December 30, Ivanteevka and Krasnoarmeysk were reassigned to the city of Pushkino[13], which was additionally confirmed in January 2022[14].
Transport accessibility and infrastructure
The town of Pushkino near Moscow - the outskirts (Kudrinka and Novaya Derevnya), compact cottages, the main part of which are built of wood. High-rise buildings are being actively built, due to which it will be possible to reduce the costs of maintaining honest buildings and update the housing stock. The cost of a communal apartment depends on the service company and the services provided.
The condition of roads in each district of the city of the Moscow region is different. No renovations have been done in Kudrinka for a long time. In Novaya Derevnya, roads are being restored, but at a slow pace. In the center the asphalt is in good condition.
Traffic jams in the Moscow region mainly occur only in winter, when a large amount of snow falls. In summer the traffic is not so active. Pushkino is a small town, not every family here has a car. You can move around the village freely. Communication with the metropolis is provided by the federal highway "Moscow - Arkhangelsk", the railway road "Moscow - Yaroslavl", the territorial roads of the Moscow region - Ivanteevka - Shchelkovo, Krasnoarmeysk and the Yaroslavskoye highway.
You can quickly get to Moscow by train or car. This one will only take 50-60 minutes. Local residents travel around Pushkino by minibuses or buses; there are plenty of them here.

I have been living in the Pushkin district for almost three years, I moved from Mytishchi microdistrict Perlovka in Perlovka I sold a three-room apartment 100 m2 and bought a house with a plot I have never regretted the plot with the 2nd exit directly into the forest the birds are singing silence beauty No need to worry about parking on the plot you can park 4 cars, amenities in the house are the same as in an apartment, 2 toilets, bathroom, etc. only utility bills are more than 2 times less and I only pay less for gas and electricity; water; own well for land; almost 1000 acres; I pay pennies; my advice is to sell your personal property and buy private houses, yes there are enough worries, but these are your own pleasant worries

We are native Muscovites, we moved to Pushkino and have no regrets. The main criterion at first was the cheapness of housing. Kopeck piece 3,500,000. In Mytishchi it’s 1 million more expensive, and the ride takes 12 minutes by train. A million on a mortgage is a huge overpayment. We like the air in Pushkino and it’s generally cozy. Silver beauty river. In general, when a city has lakes, water reservoirs, rivers, it makes the city more beautiful and green, with a twist. I consider the electric train the best transport, you sit and look out the window, the metro is pressing.

Good afternoon. I also want to leave my review. In 2016, I purchased an apartment in this residential complex and was very happy about this event. Good location, playgrounds, warm apartment despite the fact that it is on the first floor. I made renovations in the summer of 2022. And with the onset of the heating season, a monotonous hum appeared in the apartment. For a long time I couldn’t understand the cause of the sound, but it was alarming and stressful. I went down to the basement with a plumber and discovered that the hum was coming from large heating pipes. I contacted the control room with a request to eliminate the sound. No result. I submitted a statement to the developer company. They came and listened, went down to the basement, and admitted that there was a loud sound coming from the walls. They said that we would decide, but again nothing. They told me to contact Rospotrebnadzor. I wrote a letter there. Thanks to the employees of Rospotrebnadzor who responded immediately. We decided to take measurements and, of course, invited representatives of the management company, but when they came to take measurements there was silence in the apartment... There was a feeling that the pressure in the pipes had been reduced and this was confirmed when I turned up the heating in the radiators. The batteries did not make as much noise as usual and did not heat up as quickly as usual. Rospotrebnadzor said that a similar situation arose in building 11 and the developers said that the noise there was within normal limits. But it’s interesting how the residents solved this problem. I really hope that my issue will be resolved. But you need to keep your eyes open

We have been in Pushkino (Serebryany Bereg) for 5 years now, we also moved from Moscow. Between buying a small one-room apartment in an old housing stock in Moscow and buying a large two-room apartment in a new house in the near Moscow region, we chose the latter.
Pushkino is a nice town, I also liked it at first sight. The Serebryany Bereg residential complex is, in my opinion, the most successful choice of residence in Pushkino. The apartments are really good. Spacious and well laid out. The move was easy. It seemed that it could change, because Moscow is just a stone’s throw away.
But a lot has changed. You could say that the whole way of life has changed. Still, life in a small town is very different from the active life of the capital. I personally (and every year more and more) am bothered by the limited space (the city is really small), I walked back and forth, and that’s it, the city is over. There are no normal walking areas and parks, although they tried to argue with me about this in another topic. But, as I understand it, they simply have nothing to compare with. Although, it should be noted that over the past five years a lot has been done to improve the city.
Transport accessibility:
Actually, not bad. Sputnik now runs, perhaps not as often during peak hours as we would like, since passenger traffic is increasing every year, and the trains are really overcrowded. But at least there is an alternative to the usual dirty train.
We couldn’t get used to the trains (it’s annoying that you always have to arrive at a certain time, you’re late for a couple of minutes, and that’s it, wave your hand and wait for the next one). And, I must say, the cost of travel on Sputnik is very high.
Many people go to work in Moscow by car. Probably those who like to get up early. My husband also tried from time to time, but then completely abandoned this idea (he is a night owl). On weekends we use the car very actively: we go to Moscow and around the region (well, to Globus in Shchelkovo, to Mytishchi, etc.). I can’t even imagine life without her.
We communicate mainly with neighbors whom we became friends with a few years ago. Friends from Moscow rarely come to us. If we lived in Moscow, we would see each other much more often. You can probably find a social circle in Pushkino only if you work in Pushkino. (I mean “live communication”, not virtual. So, of course, you can communicate on the forum).
Leisure in Pushkino?
Well, there is a cinema. And there is no “leisure” for an adult in the sense of opportunities for personal development in Pushkino. And this is a very big minus, by the way. When we lived in Moscow, we often went to various exhibitions, events, concerts, the theater, even on weekdays after work. And it didn’t bother me at all. And now any trip somewhere results in a whole problem, because the question immediately arises: how to go there and how to go back? Going somewhere on weekdays was no longer an option, because I didn’t want to travel late at night on a stinking train with homeless people after visiting the theater. To go by car means you first have to go to work by car early in the morning. And when I got up at five in the morning, I no longer had the strength to stay up late at some event.
Infrastructure:
Medical care here is terrible - read the forum. I don't want to repeat myself. — Buy voluntary health insurance (for children too) and get treatment in Moscow. Health is more valuable than anything else.
Your “peculiarities” are felt everywhere, primarily in relationships. More likely in a negative way than in a positive way. I know the province of central Russia very well, for example, and I really like the relationships between people. Kindness and desire to help. Here everything is the other way around. It feels like you are initially hated at all levels. But, oddly enough, you get used to it. You just try not to collide again. All this, of course, in brief. We are moving back to Moscow!
I think the city is good for those who grew up here, who have relatives and parents living here, for those who remember the worst times and are happy that the city is changing for the better and becoming prettier before our eyes. For those who want to step away from active life and live simply for themselves, without going anywhere. For those who come from more distant places, there are, of course, more opportunities here. And I’m afraid that anyone who moves from Moscow, especially if the person leads a socially active lifestyle, will be disappointed. But this, of course, is purely my personal opinion and my personal experience. Our neighbor-friends, who also moved from Moscow, although not entirely happy, still found their way and adapted to life here. But my native Muscovite friends were unable to adapt. Good luck!
Kat
I’ve been living in Pushkino for a year. I moved from Moscow. I’m a native Muscovite, but my daughter and I like it in Pushkino. Yes, there are also disadvantages, of course, where would we be without them))))) getting to Moscow by car to work…….this heroism))))) But in general, I’m not a picky person, it’s good where we are not. You need to be able to get used to everything... both the good and the not so good.

I am also from the 3rd building and have also been living for 5 years. The constant curtsies towards Moscow are explained by the fact that almost all those who spoke out work in the capital. By the way, I am the same poor fellow. And these are traffic jams, nerves, lack of time for rest, family, children, etc. I completely agree with the quality of education and medical care, it’s just a problem with the availability of places in kindergartens. But as soon as our friends organized their own business in Pushkino and reached a decent level of income, everything immediately began to seem less gloomy. Personally, I am not going to Moscow. Clean air and nightingales - all this is true. A five-minute walk from SB is a family clinic with excellent doctors and inexpensively. We have cards there for the whole family. On weekends - to Globus in Shchelkovo. The cinema is of a decent Moscow level. There's nowhere to get dressed, that's for sure. We're heading to Moscow. But this is not a problem for one particular city! The whole country cannot live in Moscow! It is impossible to evenly distribute theaters, museums, shopping centers and other bells and whistles throughout the state!
Tea, not America. Ignore the show-offs and you will find many advantages in our city.

I have been living in Pushkino for about 8 years. I chose a city from all over the Moscow region when we decided to buy an apartment, and, having traveled around a lot of cities (Balashikha, Reutov, Zhukovsky, Zheleznodorozhny, Korolev, Mytishchi, Dolgoprudny and many others!), we chose Pushkino. Back then we had only two criteria for selection: 1) housing price up to 3 million; 2) to more or less like it in the surrounding area. There was no trace of Globus, Decathlon or other stores then. I even managed to visit the theater “Victory” once. As for the surrounding area, the first thing that impressed me was the river flowing in the middle of the city and two beautiful (relatively+)) bridges across it. The parks and abundance of greenery throughout the city were also a big plus. Next is the beautiful city administration building, and some kind of atmosphere of mental comfort. I won’t say that Moscow is worse or better, I’ll just say that in the 15 years of living in Moscow before this, I didn’t really manage to make good acquaintances (not to mention friends!). Moscow is much stingier in the warmth of human relations. The reason for this, apparently, is all its features: courtyards clogged with cars, rows of changing neighbors, daily changing salespeople in nearby stores, traffic jams, the opportunity to somehow stand out from the crowd - only with the help of money and things, and even that is not a fact... In Moscow, besides, I have never observed stars in the sky - because they simply do not exist! We lived near Yauza
on
VDNH
- this was a big plus, but the Yauza is a dirty, stinking stream, compared to Pushkin’s Serebryanka River.
People who write about the lack of parks for walking and leisure, now you keep: 1) what is the amazing reservoir on the West Side worth?! This is simply amazing! Here you can not just walk, but by renting a bicycle (and there are three or four rental offices in Pushkino!), you can cover kilometers all day long - from early morning until night - through picturesque surroundings and, sometimes, completely dense forests! Next up: winter! In Moscow I could not afford the happiness of having skis; Why have them if you have to go far beyond the nearest ski track to get to the nearest ski track? My wife and I bought skis in Pushkino and almost from the entrance we can ski to the river, which freezes in winter, and have a wonderful time all weekend! A separate topic is summer! Here, right in the city, there is a beautiful beach where you can sunbathe and swim in Serebryanka, or just barbecue, without any fear of anyone! In Moscow, this is very, very sad, because the beaches in Serebryany Bor and “Rublevsky” are such a dump: there are too many people, there is a fee, it’s far and inconvenient to travel, swimming in water that has been quite churned up by hordes of people in front of you is not pleasant! Here in Pushkino, if Serebryanka isn’t enough for you, you can get to the village of Tishkovo and there, under the canopies of trees, retire quietly with a group of people, enjoy nature in silence. Further: I found several springs in the surrounding area with built baths and, all year round, I dive into the spring water. I stopped getting sick in the winter altogether! I drink exclusively spring water; The priest of the church nearby regularly carries water from the spring for testing (once every six months!) and posts the results for visitors to the baths - the results are the best! Bottled water is much worse than this water in taste and purity. Next: in Pushkino there is a “City Bath”; yes, it’s ~600 rubles, but taking a steam bath in a chic old bathhouse is sometimes the best thing that can happen to a person!
Let me add: the buildings are mainly five-story, so the population density is low; there are no problems with parking, there are all the shops, there is a chic market, the likes of which have not existed in Moscow for a long time; there is a network of Belarusian stalls “Cheese in Butter” with excellent products, there is a network of culinary shops “Svezhoff” - with amazing pastries, desserts and other delicacies in terms of quality and prices.
Parting words. For those for whom the Capital, with its gases and stench, has clouded their minds, I definitely recommend not to bother and live in Moscow, closer to the Kremlin; You, who “daily” visit theaters, clubs and other “mass cultural” entertainment, are simply obliged to avoid the provinces and live in dreams of settling in a house overlooking the Bolshoi Theater, the KhHS and the Kremlin at once, with an entrance opening directly to the metro station!! ! =)) Thank God, this prospect has long seemed to me like the worst of life scenarios. I have long lost the habit of traveling half a day to the post office, a third of the day to the tax office, a third of the day to the shopping center, and so on. Here, where I live now, all the necessary and unnecessary organizations are within walking distance; the streets are narrow, quiet, clean; yes - the roads are not very good, but this is only the fault of officials and housing and communal services, but for the rest - thank you that there is such a place from which it is 30 minutes to the Moscow center, and 15 minutes to the nearest mushroom grove, and 10 minutes to the beach in the summer!

Purely IMHO, for me there has been nothing good in Pushkino for a long time. I just tolerate the city; if I had the opportunity to move to Dmitrov, I would move without a second thought.
I haven’t walked in Pushkino for a long time, haven’t shopped, haven’t rested.
I try to avoid the city center; it’s unpleasant to look at all these gatherings at the fountains and listen to the screams in the square. I'm stressed out about shopping, I've been going to Globus for a long time, and I only buy small things here. There is nowhere to take a walk in the city, nowhere to go. The proximity to Moscow makes me happy; if, all things being equal, the city were located much further from Moscow, I think I would wither here from melancholy. Personally, I don't see ANYTHING good here. But this cannot be the case in reality. I am subjective, because the city is not my kind of city from the start; I haven’t been able to stomach it since childhood.

Spent half of my childhood here. Pushkino is good because it is in the Yaroslavl direction, it is 30 minutes by satellite to Moscow, there are buses to Medvedkovo metro station, it is convenient. There is a central part of the city (housing is more expensive) and a western side, I live in the west, the windows overlook the reservoir, it’s quiet and peaceful to the station 5 minutes, everything from the store to the maternity hospital is nearby) We’ve been living here for three years, I’m from a more distant Moscow region. When choosing between other cities, I think that this is very close to the Moscow region, if there are no traffic jams (this is of course a rare occurrence), I can get to work by car in 25 minutes, Babushkinskaya metro station. The infrastructure here is not very good, there are a couple of shopping centers, but again Moscow is not far away.

And I love this city. Lived in many cities, big and small, Pushkino is the best. There is no noise of a metropolis or the mustiness of a small town. This is the best option. Entertainment, shopping in accessible proximity in Moscow. And Pushkino... there is a good atmosphere here, the indigenous people are a little provincially good-natured. There is a park nearby, under the balcony there is a forest and Serebryanka, beautiful!

Pushkino - ecology tends towards the absolute, there are “green zones” nearby, unfortunately there are traffic jams on Yaroslavka, the railway is well developed, the infrastructure is excellent, even clean agricultural products are sold in the area (for example, a state farm store in Eldigino)
The most important factor in Pushkino is that there is a clean reservoir nearby (for example, Tishkovo, as well as the outskirts of the city)
If you are accustomed to the urban style and you don’t need nature, then take a closer look at Mytishchi.
If ecology and access to nature are important to you, then definitely Pushkino.

The most annoying thing is that there is nowhere to walk. You look out the window, yes, there seems to be a river, greenery, but there is no place for normal walks at all. I don’t take the park behind the cinema into account - I don’t mind walking through heaps of garbage and looking at young people drinking beer and screaming. The arboretum is also not a place where you can take a normal walk - it’s too small and, again, unkempt. There is a feeling of enclosed space, there are two streets, I walked there and back, and that’s it.
Again, there is nowhere to sit with friends over a cup of coffee - there is not a SINGLE normal cafe in the city. (I’m not considering coffee-in, because it’s not a cafe, but a restaurant). McDonald's too. This is all really annoying.
Moscow is a bit far away (compared to Mytishchi).
In general, everything here is somehow parochial. Not provincial, no, but rather local. Because I know the province (Central Russia) firsthand, and believe me, everyone there is much kinder and friendlier. The indigenous residents of Pushkino themselves, when driving some distance from Pushkino, are surprised at the openness and kindness of the population.
Even in the city, the lack of culture and drunkenness among teenagers and young people is simply amazing. Personally, I have never seen THIS anywhere. Once my younger cousin came to visit me in the summer, she was simply shocked by so many drunk teenagers staggering around in the evening with a bottle of beer in hand.
From the positive:
- greenery
- river
- The infrastructure also seems to be normal. But if you look at the quality of service, it turns out there is none either.

The town is green and cute in its own way. Not very good at work. The majority of the active population has to earn money in the capital. There are a lot of antisocial personalities (junkies, drunks, etc.) Civilization has not yet completely covered the expanses of the city. Not the worst, but far from the most advanced city in the Moscow region. There are many playgrounds and greenery in all areas (including in the center), a beautiful landscaped (only small) park, a paradise for mothers. There are few entertainment venues, but Moscow is 15 km away. The air is definitely much cleaner than Moscow.
The city has its pros and cons. Well, everyone decides for themselves which scale weighs.

This town is located in the Leningrad region. The town is very quiet, cozy and completely surrounded by greenery.
There is a lot to see in Pushkin - Alexander Palace, Catherine Palace, Tsarskoe Selo, Egyptian Gate (at the entrance to Pushkin), Military Chamber, Memorial Museum-dacha of A.S. Pushkin, Fedorovsky Sovereign Cathedral.
There are also many parks in Pushkin. There is a Wedding Palace. The air is much cleaner than in the city. In the evenings there are few people on the street and you can stroll along Pushkin. It is especially beautiful to walk on white nights.
Residential buildings in Pushkin are 5-story. The apartments are not very expensive. The schools are good.
In general, Pushkin has everything you need for a calm, quiet life.

We also moved from Moscow in the summer. On my initiative, because my parents live nearby and my friend has an apartment in the next building. What can I say. I want back!!! Although I have lived here for 25 years, and in Moscow for 7, I am in great shock from literally everything. Moscow and Pushkino, as they say, are two big differences.
Everything you don't touch:
- the stores are bad (cards, in my opinion, are only accepted in Bill)
- the roads are not cleaned at all (snow in winter, knee-deep mud in autumn)
- There’s a problem with the gardens (you won’t get there)
- There is a problem with schools (only classical programs, you have to pay for others)
- There’s a problem with clinics (our place in Moscow isn’t the best, but when I got to Pushkinsky (both for children and for adults), I realized that Moscow has just an excellent clinic)
- There are few Sberbank branches
In Pushkino, in my opinion, everything is more expensive and you have to pay for what is free in Moscow. You can get to Moscow by car... My husband literally left home at 6:20 yesterday and arrived at work at 10:20. And this happens very often. He cannot travel by train, because the working day is irregular and he may not be able to make it to the last train. In general, there are many nuances that people living in Pushkino do not pay attention to, but which are so striking after Moscow. But it’s okay, a person gets used to everything when there is nowhere to go.
But I will still return to Moscow, fortunately there is still an apartment there.

I am writing my review from the point of view of a local, not a tourist. Perhaps it will be useful to those who decide to move here to live. Pushkin is a park city, it is considered a suburb of St. Petersburg, so residents have St. Petersburg registration, not regional residence. In Pushkin there are no houses higher than the 9th floor, and on the main street of the city you will not find a single truck or van, because they simply will not fit there, because this street is part of the historical center of the city and is called Orangereinaya.
The residents of the city are quite friendly, since the houses in the city are small, there is even neighborly friendship.
The city has new schools, kindergartens, at least one shopping center, clinics, a maternity hospital, colleges and two (!) universities. And also the station, by the way, the very first train in Russia ran on the route St. Petersburg - Tsarskoe Selo (aka Pushkin).
As for utilities, everything depends on the management company, everything is tolerable with us, the services are not off the charts.
It takes 15 minutes to get to the nearest metro by train, and 40 minutes to 1 hour (maximum) by car.
In general, living in Pushkin is a pleasure, for me of course, but if you like to be in the thick of things, a lot of entertainment, then this quiet town is not for you.
A new school in our area has two swimming pools with running water, interactive whiteboards, etc.
Saviola
I live in Pushkin, I like it. Right next to my window they are currently building a housing complex called “The Very Heart” - construction is very active. The place is wonderful - architect Danini Street. It's 15 minutes by train from the Kupchino metro station, so it's close to the city, very convenient. Well, it’s true, sometimes you have to wait for the train itself... Everything is fine with the infrastructure in this area.

I moved from Moscow to Pushkino 6 years ago to a new building. Now I’m planning to move back to Moscow. Living with children in Pushkino is unrealistic. There is zero infrastructure. Schools are overcrowded and bad. Garden - what kind of animal? are they in Pushkino?
There are traffic jams in Pushkino during rush hours, yes. I'm not kidding. I started seeing this a year ago. In the evening it is better to walk from the station in any weather. than by transport. In 4 years of traveling on express trains, they have never been on schedule. Stable +5 - 10 minutes. From the train to the metro it will take 20 minutes. On the way back – maybe 40. So consider it. Although it takes a little pure time. But due to traffic jams, travel time increases two to three times. further - worse. Since a decent number of new buildings are being built in Pushkino, and a decent number are in the plans. However, no gardens. There are no schools in the construction plans.
Yes, I forgot to say, the medical institutions here are the worst.
Although I like the town itself. There is a lot of greenery. And there are many beautiful places around. But the infrastructure is killing itself against the wall

I would return there with great pleasure. But alas, Pushkin’s prices are too tough for me yet. Living in Pushkin is comfortable and pleasant. But! Not in any area.
From Krasnoselka it is more difficult to get to St. Petersburg. And it's dirty there. BAM (Detskoselsky, A. Tolstoy, etc.) is a drug addicted area through and through.
I won’t discover America, but it’s best to live in the following neighborhoods: Dvortsovaya - Oktyabrsky Boulevard - Gospitalnaya - Catherine Park. It’s clean, the people are calm and polite, there’s transport accessibility, the infrastructure is fine.
Unfortunately, I can’t say anything about the Red Star area - Kadetsky Boulevard; I’ve been there extremely rarely. But it looks worse than the center, but better than Krasnoselka

We also moved to Pushkin! ) Very pleased! It seems to me useless to argue about this - to each his own. Regarding the residential complex “The Very Heart” - I heard at work that a colleague is very actively discussing the topic of buying an apartment. According to her observations, this is the best offer in the city. Although I haven’t checked it myself, fortunately I have an apartment.

...Everyone praises his nest. I was born in Moscow and lived for 30 years. We bought an apartment in Pushkino and are very pleased. Friends and relatives come to visit us and they like it too. All our neighbors have places in kindergartens and schools. Western Pushkin, yes, defeated and killed. And Eastern is very... It’s very beautiful, the roads have now been completed, it’s absolutely beautiful. We’ve been living here for a year and have already bought a dacha in Yaroslavka. But don’t look at Podolsk and Chekhov, the south of Moscow is ecologically very destroyed, as is the east. The air here in Pushkino is gorgeous. Now we go to the pool, there are a lot of them too. All our neighbors are happy as hell and are already waiting for replenishment))

In Pushkino there is a big problem with kindergartens and schools, you’re just looking at opposite ends... does it really matter where you live closer?
Look at our Pirogovsky here, it’s very good for a child and it’s close to Moscow, if it’s very convenient here by car, you can drive along 3 roads
I don’t like Pushkino at all, it’s a dirty, unkempt city.
Personally, I like Czechs the most among remote cities, it is very clean, there are strong schools there.

The city is small, quite green, the environment has been deteriorating lately, traffic jams in the city are comparable to those in Moscow, there is a massive construction of multi-storey housing, schools are overcrowded (accordingly, the quality of education is falling), you are lucky to get into kindergarten, there is almost no work, but Moscow helps out, a lot of trains, a bus , the reconstruction of the Yaroslavl highway will be completed in 2016.

It's great to live in Pushkin. When my daughter makes me a grandmother, I will definitely buy myself an apartment there and will enjoy walking with a stroller in the parks, admiring the architecture and feeding the squirrels. When you can understand this city, you simply cannot help but love it, and you simply will not consider other options. As a historian in my first education, I can say that the Russian autocrats did not choose bad places for rest, and it was not for nothing that the village of Tsarskoye was.
As a hobby and a break from the real estate market (which is my main profession), I am studying the history of the Sheremetev family’s house. Provided that gr. The Sheremetyevs owned 25% of all lands in Russia, the country estates in which they lived were very few, very beautiful in landscape, and also well located geographically. So, trust the choice of our ancestors, it is quite good.

Pushkin is a city like a city. The parks are beautiful. Yes. Just go for a walk. But for life? From what I saw there, there were a lot of gopots, drunks, and drunken cadets in the evenings. Yes, and it’s a problem to enter/exit St. Petersburg; on weekdays in the area of the Leningrad City Council there is a permanent traffic jam at the traffic police post.
Result:
Don't confuse tourism with emigration.

We moved to Pushkino from Moscow in 1991, I was 11 years old, respectively, a new school, a house near the park on the street. Institutskaya. The air there was and is clean, BUT after finishing school I had to go to Moscow to study, first at the lyceum, then to college and to work. I arrived home very late, because the journey took an hour and a half or more. a lot of money was spent on travel for a student... I will never forget these morning trains, which you can’t fit into, they just push you in... there is a bus 451 Pushkino-VDNH (my mother sometimes takes about 2-3 hours to get to work). Now I live in Moscow in the Perovo area, there are three parks in the area, 15 minutes by metro and you’re in the center...

Already wrote somewhere. I lived in Pushkino for a while; my father-in-laws have lived there for twenty years.
There is only one minus - traveling (if necessary) to Moscow. I don't see any more disadvantages. Pushkino has long been an ordinary residential area of Moscow, there are no differences, only remoteness. Lots of good new housing, normal infrastructure.
Social infrastructure of Pushkino
In the village there are 19 kindergartens and 46 schools, many colleges, which allows you to get a good level of education. Regions and real estate market
The territory of the Moscow Region settlement is divided into separate microdistricts. There are 12 of them in total:
- Mamontovka;
- Klyazma;
- Zvyagino;
- Mesopotamia and Kudrinka;
- district named after Inessa Armand;
- Green Town;
- Dzerzhinets and Serebryanka;
- About Pushkino;
- New Village;
- Testaments of Ilyich.
“Mamontovka” was a separate village and only in 2003 joined the city. Population: 10,000 inhabitants, their number increases in summer. There are high-rise buildings. “About Pushkino” is a large complex located near the transport interchange - Yaroslavskoe highway. In the microdistrict there are monolithic brick houses built to individual orders.
Infrastructure is being developed in the "About Pushkino" area: shops, banks, pharmacies, and a large shopping center is being built. The cost of housing starts from 55 thousand rubles per sq.m., commercial real estate – from 65 thousand. In new buildings you can buy apartments from 2.6 million to 6.3 million rubles. For pensioners and young families, mortgages are available and benefits are provided.
“Testaments of Ilyich” was a simple dacha village until 2003. Private houses and one-story cottages predominate here. Local residents and visitors can purchase an apartment or house. The cost of housing is the lowest in Pushkino - from 1.1 million rubles.
Klyazma has problems with electricity and poor quality water. In winter, the roads are covered with snow. But the Shuksovsky forest was put in order. We carried out some minor road repairs. The neighborhood is gradually being improved. The dacha can be purchased for only 2.6 million.
Construction is actively underway in the Serebryanka and O Pushkino microdistricts. Many houses have been put into operation. The cost of an apartment depends on the stage of construction - from 50 thousand rubles.
Construction is not taking place in the Kudrinka and Inessa Armand areas. This is due to poor communications, the condition of the road surface and heating problems. Although there is a railway station near “Kudrinka”, there are other developed microdistricts. Housing prices are very low.
“Green Town” is located near the center and adjacent to the Pushkino railway. Here is Lake Travinskoe, a forested area. But numerous houses are being demolished, and new high-rise buildings are being built. Successful transport infrastructure attracts both buyers and developers. The price of an apartment depends on the number of floors of the building and will start from 50 thousand per sq.m.
On the territory of “Mezhdurechye” there are one-story and apartment buildings. Lots of unfinished housing. But, as the authorities promise, the problems are being resolved. Construction is still actively underway. In Zvyagino, local residents are fighting for their rights; sidewalks and roads are being quickly restored.
The districts “Novaya Derevnya” and “Dzerzhinets” are located not far from each other. In the first case, private cottages predominate on the territory. “Dzerzhinets” has high-rise buildings, despite its small size. The price of a house in Novaya Derevnya ranges from 3 million to 19 million rubles. The cost of housing in Dzerzhinets is 2.9-3.3 million.
Large construction companies operate in the city, “Slavyane”, JSC “YIT Moskovia”, “Evrosibspetsstroy”.
Renting housing in Pushkino
Good transport links to the metropolis and close proximity to the capital have a beneficial effect on rental housing services. The average cost for a one-room apartment is 12-13,000 rubles, a two-room apartment is 16-17,000, a three-room apartment is 21-23,000 rubles. The cost of an apartment depends on the technical condition, the availability of household appliances, furniture and the location of the house.
Some families rent housing through an agency. You will have to pay for this - 50% of the cost of the monthly payment for the house or apartment. Some people, trying to save money, search for real estate on their own. As a result, they risk being left without housing and money. Numerous advertisements are a simple deception.
Real estate
In addition to the countless number of holiday and cottage settlements, located mainly next to reservoirs, the housing market inside the city is also actively developing.
Apartments in new buildings in Pushkino are mainly built in the low-rise housing segment (townhouses and low-rise apartment buildings). There are few high-rise residential complexes in Pushkino. There are also practically no dilapidated buildings (not counting Akulovo), which means that residential buildings are being built on new construction sites, where utility networks, transport communications and infrastructure facilities are immediately thought out.
