Lobnya is a town near Moscow, located 20 km north of the Moscow ring road. In 1947, the small settlement was given the status of an urban village; after it included other settlements, it became a city. In 1975, Krasnaya Polyana was annexed to Lobnya. About 90 thousand local residents live in the town. In the village there is a railway station with the same name - Lobnya. Industry is well developed.
Weather and environmental conditions
The environmental situation in the city is ambiguous. There are many reservoirs in Lobnya. The largest is Lake Kiovo, located in the eastern part, its size is 26.2 hectares, and the largest colony of gulls lives here. But the pond is overgrown and it’s not worth swimming.
Green oasis Lobnya – Park of recreation and culture. Its territory was landscaped. In the south of the city there is another forest area - “Lobnensky Forest Park”. There are many industrial enterprises operating in the village. Most of them are in the Krasnaya Polyana area:
- JSC "Moselectromash";
- metallurgical plant;
- LLC KhPF "Krasnaya Polyana";
- elevator construction and ceramic production;
- pharmaceutical plant.
In the 3rd microdistrict there is a plant for the production of concrete and metal mesh, and in the Southern District there is a production of building porcelain.
Don’t forget about the Sheremetyevo airport located near Lobnya – planes are often visible in the Yuzhny and Katyushki areas. But between them there is a forested park area, which reduces the negative impact on the environment.
There are also problems with drinking water. To drink tap water you have to install several filters. But still it is not suitable for cooking. There are special vending machines around the city where you can buy drinking water.
Lobnya, Moscow region, has a temperate climate. Winters are long and cold. Summer does not last long, but it is warm. The most favorable month is July +20 degrees. The coldest month is January – the temperature reaches -12 degrees. Annual precipitation is 720 mm.
Transport infrastructure and roads
Lobnya is connected to Moscow by Dmitrovskoye Highway. After reconstruction, it was expanded, an overpass and new interchanges leading to the capital appeared. But on the way to Lobnya, Moscow region, the road narrows, and repairs in some areas have not yet been completed, which is why there are constant traffic jams during rush hour.
You can get to the city along the Leningradskoye highway, but it is also overloaded. But the main problem is the railway crossing connecting the two parts of the settlement. You can stand on it for 40-60 minutes. It is planned to build an overpass across the Savelovsky railway tracks.
The highway that will connect the Dmitrovskoye, Krasnopolyanskoye, Rogachevskoye highways is called the “Server Bypass of Lobnya”. The overpass will run for 8 km, and a bridge will stretch over the railway road - 600 meters. This will help get rid of traffic jams and relieve the load on the road inside the town of the Moscow region. The most problematic streets are Batareynaya and Kiovo. Another busy highway is Bukinskoye.
The roads are not all in good condition; in some areas there are potholes in which large puddles form during a rainstorm. Public transport runs on schedule: there are three railway stations in Lobnya: Lugovaya, Depovskaya, Lobnya. But from some microdistricts you can only get here by public transport.
Electric trains from the station “Lobnya” runs to Savelovsky station every 10-15 minutes. It takes 40 minutes to the station; you can get to the Timiryazevskoy and Lianozovo railway stations faster. There is also an express train to Savelovsky station.
Before Lobnya M.O. You can also get there by minibus or bus from the Altufyevo metro station. The journey will only take 40 minutes if there are no traffic jams. Buses go to the town near Moscow and from the stations "Rechnoy Vokzal" and "Planernaya", railway stations "Khimki", "Dolgoprudnaya", "Mytishchi", Sheremetyevo Airport.
There is a problem with public transport inside Lobnya; you can quickly get to any area only by taxi. The problem will be solved only by the construction of a transport hub with a pedestrian and boarding area, toilets, terminals and ticket offices, and medical stations.

I moved here while I was working at Sheremetyevo. Cons: endless traffic jams - public transport covers the 7 km distance to SVO in 2 hours. You can’t get on a minibus in the morning, because they pass by, “crowded” already at the final station. There are no roads for pedestrians. There is no asphalt. The smell in spring, summer, autumn is incredible - either sewage or something else. The audibility in houses is very strong (I lived in a new area of Lobnya City).

In the city of Lobnya there is a constant smell from the Protein Product, formerly Protein, plant. It smells like the corpses of women, essentially a crematorium. They burn bones around the clock and pray. It stinks all over Lobnya wherever the wind blows. St. Lieutenant Boyko, 101. The plant was liquidated according to paperwork in 2010, it operates illegally, they give someone a hand, in Lobnya only this is possible.

I agree with the negative reviews above. The traffic jams are terrible, the asphalt is all broken up, it’s impossible to walk, let alone with a stroller - I won’t say anything. The air is periodically very strange, perhaps the proximity of a garbage dump has an effect. There is absolutely nowhere to go except for the little spot near the administration. Medical care is a separate issue. We went to the hospital emergency room with a child with a concussion, the traumatologist didn’t even bother to look, he said: it’s not up to you, I have a serious patient. I had to take the child to Moscow late in the evening.

Due to some sad circumstances, I had to move to the city of Lobnya from the city of Dolgoprudny. The negative impressions started from the apartment, the audibility of the neighbors is off the charts, but that’s okay. The city itself is a complete dump. There are no normal sidewalks or roads in the entire city. As soon as it’s winter, the pits begin to be cemented. I once took a photograph of the road on Borisov Street, all in patches. Friends came to visit and were shocked. And they make it every year, or rather the appearance. I wonder how the city mayor and the rest of the leadership look at this? You yourself live in this city. You may not live, but you lead. This is your Face!!! Make the city look well-groomed! PS Even now I’m writing, standing in a traffic jam near the crossing for 1 hour and 43 minutes.

I was born in Lobnya. Yes, Lobnya is getting worse and worse every year. There are practically no sidewalks, now the snow is melting, all the roads and sidewalks are a solid pool. They didn’t learn how to build roads in Lobnya. In ancient times, there were coveta ravines all over the city; if there is no storm drainage system, then why put curbs on the roads, there must be ravines. But someone thinks that the ravines were not buried beautifully. The result is obvious; we swim.

The city could be quite good if it were led by sane people. It's a complete mess and a display of one's own stupidity. For example, the children's playground Aviation 7 was opened with such pomp, almost with an orchestra, but the playground is pitiful and wretched. Sobyanin opens overpasses in Moscow much more modestly. Road signs are a whole different story, it seems that whoever approved and installed them never studied at a driving school and is generally far from traffic rules. Housing and communal services also exist only as a sign, but in reality they do not exist. Kindergarten Borisov 24 has not been completed for the fifth year and no one is itching. You can't list everything. As they say, it’s not the car’s fault, but the one who drives it. Of course, there are things for which the city leadership is not to blame and is powerless, such as the opening of a third lane. Planes almost blow the roofs off Katyushkahya. But you can’t argue against Savelyev and his brother-in-law, even though his brother-in-law was removed, well, the line has already been built.

Olga
Good evening, I hope my review will be useful to someone. I’ll start from the beginning, how I got to Lobnya, I spent a long time choosing an apartment where it was cheaper, and in 2016 I chose the village of Podosinki, Dmitrovsky district, it’s about 20 km from Lobnya, the train line is the same, there are no cheaper prices anywhere within a radius of 40 km from the Moscow Ring Road. There I bought an attic in a new building, the village is not large, but there is a new school and kindergarten, also 3 Dixie and Magnit, a construction market, and small clothing stores, opticians, and there is also a branch of Sberbank (it’s open 2 times a week or three) . VTB ATM, new playgrounds, House of Culture for large families, free classes, and approximately 3200. That's where the advantages end, as I have learned from my own experience, cheap is not good. There is a problem with doctors in Dmitrov and the region, before the railway station. The frosts from Podosinki are very inconvenient to walk to, minibuses rarely run, and it’s a 20-minute walk along an inconvenient and even dangerous road. Plus the price of trains if every day is very expensive. In the Village, unlike the city, there are no services, speech therapists, massage, specialized classes, etc. you will have to work as a driver for your children. In elementary school there is nothing there yet, but in the older ones, children without parents are wandering around the streets of the village, some are using drugs, some are drinking alcohol, in general, this is a common thing there. But not all of them are children, of course, there are also normal ones, these are just those whose grandparents or parents work as their drivers because... In Dmitrov, and also in Lobnya, the infrastructure is naturally very well developed. In general, I realized that I would ruin both my life and my child if I stayed in the village, because... It's a long commute to work, and in the village work is only in shops, because... I work as a realtor, I easily found a good apartment and moved to Lobnya, which I don’t regret for a minute. Dolgoprudny, well, who cares, the prices there are the same as in Moscow. But I completely disagree with those who write that it’s bad in Lobnya, and traffic jams even when leaving the city in the city itself are rare, but of course they happen. The people are friendly, you can’t drive cameras over 60 on the roads, which is good, there are a lot of policemen and traffic cops standing at the crossing to schools every morning. The clinic, well, people after Dmitrov and even Moscow, because... I lived almost my entire life and childhood in Moscow, it’s paradise!!!! The Children's Clinic is beyond praise, there are all the doctors, there are many attentive pediatricians and highly specialized doctors, I am very pleased, free massages, etc. As for planes, yes they fly, so you trust the professionals and they will choose you a normal area where planes do not fly, they fly strictly along their own corridor, Katyushas were built in violation just under this corridor. Planes don’t fly over other areas, or very rarely, I personally haven’t seen them, only from afar, but it’s also beautiful. Regarding work, they generally come to us from Moscow, a very good level of salaries, and in Sheremetyevo (not only cashiers and loaders) there are a lot of other professions and it is not necessary to know English, wages in the city are higher than even in Moscow, also except airport, which is international and huge, there is also the Ostankino dairy plant, Royal Canin, many other large and logistics organizations, stores about them, I generally keep quiet about them in abundance. As for getting to Moscow, it’s not a problem at all, both electric trains and METRO were launched today, Putin himself traveled, and express trains. The price for pleasure is only about 40 rubles. and this is a regular ticket, not a travel card. And from the Metro of our lung they say it will be possible to transfer to the regular metro without additional payment. We have the most gorgeous park in Bukino. Theaters, there are many professional clubs and sections for children, I won’t list them, believe me, there are a lot of them, if you are interested, write in a personal message. There are no problems with the gardens, but it’s not like that, they came today and took it tomorrow, no, you’ll have to wait a month, but still it’s not that critical. There are many schools and Lyceums. In general, I personally am very happy, after comparing Lobnya, Dolgoprudny is not bad but expensive sq.m. and Dmitrov is terrible only to die if you go, Krasnogorsk - by the way, where the problem is with kindergartens especially Myakinino and clinics, Podolsk ecology, accuracy, concrete and brick factories, but overall not bad but sq.m. housing is more expensive than in Lobnya, Balashikha has an acute problem with kindergartens, schools, traffic jams and lack of work, Reutov the price is expensive per sq.m. and also the lack of work, Lyubertsy - prices per sq. m. m. expensive, no work, densely populated, crime and some other cities I personally know and not by hearsay. Lobnya is the best!!! in terms of price per sq. m., quality and standard of living, work. I tried to adequately assess the pros and cons. I didn’t want to offend anyone’s city, everywhere there are pros and cons, of course, but you need to compare not only the pros and cons, but also the price per sq.m. housing and proximity to work, so as not to have to leave for work every morning and not be stuck in traffic jams in the evening.

The transport accessibility of the city is disgusting. Public transport in the city leaves much to be desired. Buses are old, uncomfortable in winter, cold; traveling by personal transport is no pleasure; the city is constantly standing; this is the red glade turn near the shopping center; the turn and, of course, the intersection of the Bukinskoe highway with the Rogachevskoe highway is a wonderful crossing. There is practically no entertainment in the cinema of the eighties, which was reconstructed in two thousand years, but it is also one hall. and of course our favorite railway transfer on which you can spend from 5 minutes to 3 hours, possibly more. And this is a wonderful neighborhood with Sheremetyevo, with constant traffic jams just before the shopping center. Minibuses of route 21 which are on the side of the road and no one gives a damn about it; by the way, bus 48 is not far behind.
Olga
It’s a nice city, calm, little traffic jams, polite drivers, helpful people. The roads, as usual in cities near Moscow, are not very good, but they are made, there are a lot of traffic lights. There is a beautiful park, many sections and swimming pools for children, sports are actively developing, for every taste, gymnastics is not very good. the groups are overcrowded and actually take talented children from birth. There are many schools, kindergartens are the same, queues for kindergartens are the same as everywhere else, the main thing is to have time to submit an application to the department before the end of April (if I’m not mistaken) and your child will be accepted. Moving is not convenient, but you can adjust or leave through Leningradka. I have never stood for hours before, maximum 30-40 minutes. and this is just one time. It’s hard to climb the stairs to the railway, there aren’t enough runners for strollers, it’s very hard for grandmothers, one of these days I’ll write to the good news. There are not very many visitors, mostly everyone is decent, there is enough work, the proximity of the Airport helps. Housing prices are different, sometimes very affordable, and the metro is opening. I work in real estate in Lobnya, so I know about that. The streets are clean, there are many playgrounds for children. With medicine compared to other cities m.o. for example, with Dmitrov, there are no problems in Lobnya, both with children and with adults. Lobnya is divided into districts, which can be written about separately, the most expensive is Central, the least expensive are the Depot and the Airport. Not all trains stop at the Depot; from the Airport district you need to take a minibus to the railway. Lobnya, that’s not very convenient, but in general, if anyone has any questions, write in a personal message, I’ll be very happy to answer Lobnya. WITH

In recent years, the city has simply been killed. It has turned into a ghetto, in which it is impossible to live, but it is also impossible to leave because of the wild traffic jams. To begin with, due to the opening of the third runway at Sheremetyevo, planes are landing directly above residential buildings. The noise is terrible around the clock, you can’t hear each other on the street, it’s extremely uncomfortable at home with open windows. We can’t breathe because of the planes and the garbage dump near the city. Water is one of the worst in the Moscow region. Transport accessibility is disgusting - there is no way in or out, traffic jams are constant at both exits from the city. The infrastructure is backward. One hospital, which is called the Valley of Death - if you end up there, which is not a fact, you are unlikely to get out of there healthy. There are not enough kindergartens and schools. In general, if you have the opportunity to stay away from here, I highly recommend it.

We lived near Lobnya. I don’t want to live in a forehead for any price. The clinic is terrible, the gardens are in trouble, the queues are long. There are shops, pharmacies, shopping centers (they are everywhere now), and a market. Electric trains are no problem, they run frequently. But by car through Sheremetyevo it’s easy to shoot yourself! In the morning and evening there is one big traffic jam.
Depends on what area you are considering. Here is Lugovaya - of course it’s beautiful and airy, and away from the main city. Katyushki is a new area, there will be a big anthill when everyone moves in
If you want air and forest, look at Zelenograd.

Dolgopa is 10 times a nicer town! But you can’t leave Dolgopa in the same way in the morning and you can’t get there in the evening, exits to Dmitrovka are both only through railway crossings, and Likhachevskoye always stands deaf.

Yes, the town is nondescript, poor in places, like many other towns throughout Rus'. There is no special architecture in it that you can admire while walking around the city. The city grew from islands of settlements, which are now called microdistricts. There are no direct roads in Lobnya: to get from one area to another, you need to overcome a very winding trajectory. There are no places for parents with strollers to move: there are no sidewalks in some places, and there are no descents from many. To get to the children's clinic, you need to show miracles of strength disciplines and acrobatics. In general, a city is, first of all, the people who inhabit it. Maybe these people will change something? Let us hope for the best. There are already some progress for the better. Anyone who lived here before should notice the changes. Although, people tend to see only the bad side. A fly in the ointment kills all good endeavors.

Housing in Lobnya is a good investment. The apartment turns out to be almost in Moscow, and the prices are almost a quarter lower. In the future, the cost will definitely rise... It’s good to buy a new building at the initial stage - however, you need to carefully choose the developer.
As for your own accommodation, it is best to live in Lobnya for those who, according to their work schedule, cannot travel to Moscow every day. It is even preferable to opt for a private house or townhouse and enjoy being in nature – at the same time within “walking distance” from the capital.

- utility workers work poorly
- Solid roads. There are no playgrounds or parks. The lakes are polluted, and during the day they have become a landfill. There is no place to relax and take a walk.

Hello my friends
Today, so to speak, there will be a cry from the heart about the city in which we temporarily, thank God, live. I would like to immediately note an important point - that this is purely my opinion and I do not intend to turn anyone against or offend anyone. You know what they say
“just not my city”
But this is just a nightmare! My husband and I rent a one-room apartment in the microdistrict. Katyushas in a new building. Here I would like to note that the prices here are reasonable for renting housing, for those who care.
•1 minus is transport. For those without a car or without a license, I sincerely sympathize with you. It takes 2 hours to get to Moscow and 3 transports - it’s not convenient. First a bus, then a minibus or another bus, then a metro, depending on where you need to go. You can also take the bus and train, then the metro. But this does not change the picture, and travel prices, as we know, are steep.
•2 minus - you can work there either as a loader, or as a cashier, or in Sheremetyevo, you are unlikely to find another option, this is difficult and naturally there are no prospects.
•3 minus - water supply. This is a separate story, the water here is disgusting, very hard. The difference in the shower or in the faucet in the kitchen is constantly changing, either boiling water or ice, once our shower was knocked out, because because of these differences there was an accident at the station, we did not immediately find out about it, we turned the tap and the air simply knocked out the watering can . But apparently this is not enough for the workers, the water is still not stable and may even stop flowing.
•4 minus - by agreement with the residents, all garbage chutes in the house are closed, you have to take the garbage outside yourself.
•5 minus - in winter there was a lot of bare ice in our part. Nobody was going to sprinkle anything. We also wrote a complaint, to which they answered “the problem has been solved” and sent us a photo with asphalt without ice (of course, because at +7 everything just melted) and then with the onset of -7 all the ice returned.
•6 minuses - there are no normal stores nearby, you will have to go somewhere again.
•7 minus - but this is a bit of a quibble if it’s already. The city was not decorated at all for the New Year. It seems to me that at least some dead Christmas tree could, if desired, be put up and a meager gerdyand hung for show, but no. I didn't have enough imagination. The parks are not landscaped; there is nowhere to walk except the forest, which is already boring.
•8 minus - we came across very noisy neighbors with constant renovations. It seems to me they are drilling 24 hours a day, because of them the whole apartment is in a fog of dust that you have to breathe.
•9 minus - elevators get stuck. This is provided that they are new, what will happen next...
•10 minus - next to us there is a village in which roosters constantly crow. And you can hear it perfectly with the windows closed in the apartment.
•11 minus - we got the renovation from the “blow and it will fall off” series. If you are going to buy or rent an apartment in a new building, pay attention to this. Because when renting, it significantly reduces the price.
To summarize: Everything that is important to me is completely absent here; for us it’s just sheer inconvenience and the devil. I would rather return to Moscow or, because of my husband’s work, move to Khimki.

“Lobnya is a small town near Moscow. Active development is underway on its territory, and the infrastructure is growing rapidly. There is a shortage of schools and kindergartens, but this problem is being solved. There is a place for local residents to work - many enterprises, industries and Sheremetyevo Airport. The main problem is traffic jams; in some areas the road surface is poor.”
Primary market prospects
Many experts predict an increase in housing prices in Lobnya. This is facilitated by the integrated development method, when infrastructure facilities are introduced along with housing, as well as the proximity of the city to Moscow.
Most likely, the number of new buildings here will slowly but surely grow - fortunately, there is still room to build, given the low density of the overall development and the potential demolition of individual “dilapidated” objects. In the meantime, the main obstacle to the full development of the primary housing market is transport problems, complicated by mass construction. But the future Northern Bypass could give the city and its real estate market great potential.
